Stef has over 400 hours of training and more than four years of teaching experience. She is passionate about her students' growth, creating a space that allows them to feel that they are held safely and comfortably within their movement and breath.
A space that invites one to feel deeply, not just physically, but also, energetically & emotionally.
Stef’s classes are gentle, yet powerful with strong emphasis on breath, intuitive movement & correct engagement. She takes great influence from nature to guide people to flourish in their own organic ways.
